Lashing eyes

Lashing eyes, also called anchoring eyes, are used to fasten and secure loads in cars, vans and trucks. Especially in cars, their other task is to protect the occupants in the event of an accident.

The requirements for lashing eyes are regulated in DIN ISO 27955 (passenger cars) or DIN ISO 27956 (vans), which is binding for commercially used vehicles.

Their structure always consists of a holder that is bolted to the vehicle and a ring through which the tensioning straps are pulled. Especially in passenger cars, a frame and/or a cover is usually installed for optical reasons.

CONTACT PARTS

Parts for electrical and electronic industries. Metal or metal- plastic combination parts assembled or overmolded, in various size and form.

HOLDERS

Holders for connecting or linking rods. Produced from metal with stamping or from plastic with injection molding.

The holder is connected to the bodywork or swing arm and is connected to the height adjustment sensor via the linking or connecting rod.

CRANK

Produced with wobble riveting. The cranks are crucial parts of the modern multistage variable geometry turbos, exposed to high heat and stress. This part connects the electronics to the turbo.
