Technologies

Our high production performance and continued growth has allowed us to invest in the enlargement of the manufacturing plant and in new technologies, so as to adequately respond to the growing international market in this industry.

Our production department covers a total area of  6 000 square meters with production lines that automatically manufacture high volumes of metal and plastic components and run assembly operations directly on the machine.

BIHLER STAMPING – BENDING MACHINES

Bihler machines are sophisticated manufacturing machines designed for the high-precision production of intricate metal components. The stamping-bending machines utilize a multi-slide technology, which allows them to efficiently and precisely shape, bend, cut, and assemble metal materials. They are particularly useful for tasks that demand tight tolerances and complex geometries.

STAMPING PRESSES

These presses with progressive dies range from 50 to 160 tons stamping force, are robust machines which guarantee us maximum performance, utmost precision and unsurpassed reliability.

INJECTION MOLDING Machines

At Springfix, injection-molding machines with capacities of up to 800 tons of clamping force are used in the plastic manufacturing process. These machines are designed to precisely and efficiently produce our plastic parts and components. These machines work by injecting molten plastic material into a mold cavity, where it cools and solidifies to form the desired part

The choice of machine capacity depends on the specific requirements of the molding project, including the size, complexity, and quantity of parts to be produced. One example is the 2K molding, a two-component injection molding system that enables the production of components using two different materials or colors in a single molding cycle. At Springfix they are widely employed to create complex and multi-functional parts. This technology enhances design flexibility and reduces the need for additional assembly steps.

ASSEMBLY

Assembly is a fundamental manufacturing process where individual parts or components are joined together to create a finished product. At Springfix, this process may involve automated machinery, or robotics, depending on the complexity and scale of production.

  • 47-63t half-automat assembly
  • hand human assembly using press machines and screwing
RIVETING

Parts assembly with wobble riveting machine, for high torque and push-out force, suitable for parts with high stress and durability demand.

Surface treatment procedures

For most of the stamped metal products manufactured by Springfix, the production cycle is not limited to the initial part forming stage, but is complete with subsequent operations and finishes such as washing, tumbling, and surface coatings, aimed at ensuring the parts meet the necessary functional and quality requirements.

  • high capacity ultrasonic degreasing machine with solvent
  • tumbling with vibratory deburring machine
  • surface coating and heat treatment at our external suppliers
